The location is very good, the staff also friendly, but the hotel (furnishings and rooms) is a bit dusty and a bit outdated. We had dinner twice in the restaurant, the food was very good and the waiter very friendly.
The garden area in the restaurant never corresponds to a 4-star hotel, and unfortunately looked very cheap and racy. The choice of drinks in the hotel bar was very, very manageable (we actually wanted to celebrate a little) but there were neither cocktails nor even long drinks. The hotel bar was hot, stuffy, stuffy like the whole hotel, by the way, so our youth decided to celebrate in the city centre. Unfortunately, the rooms had no air conditioning (ok was my mistake, I should have chosen a hotel with air conditioning). Outside temperatures of 33° degrees, made the rooms to ovens, sleeping was not to be thought of at all with both booked nights. There were fans in the rooms as well, but our model was a very antique and rather adventurous, shaky part.

Our stay was good value. Great base for a vacation in Innsbruck
Not obvious to find.

You have to like the design and style of the hotel. The loudest thing of the hotel is actually the bell in the bell tower of the church that is right beside the hotel. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. Admittedly I am not a friend of air conditioners and the temperatures during our visit made them obsolete. But I would like to decide for myself if I want to use it or leave it out. During very hot days, one can, by turning on the air conditioner on the way and cooling down the room accordingly, so that one can sleep pleasantly if the temperatures during the night make an open window impossible. There is only one coffee machine for self-service, where every morning there was a traffic jam. Here, I think a more elegant solution would be the better choice.

The hotel is close enough to the center to walk, and pass through a nice park on the way.

Situated within easy reach of the Christmas markets, this hotel is conveniently located near the train station and city center. the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the staff is unfailingly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is often mentioned as one of the hotel's high points, with a variety of options to cater to all tastes. Guests rave about the exceptional view of the surrounding mountains and the facilities - including free Wi-Fi, fan, and towels changed daily.
Be prepared for a suboptimal parking arrangement that is difficult to navigate.

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the old town. Three adults fit comfortably in a triple room. This is a great home base for skiing -- the hotel provides a bus each morning to the lot where all of the other ski busses depart, and the local rental shop will pick you up and drop you off with your rental gear.

nice old hotel, ski bus pick up at door drop off at meeting point.
internet only worked on the 1st night, and not being fixed for 2 days. chose this hotel despite its location due to the wifi service, but after all, we end up staying further from center and dont even have wifi nor public pay wifi coverage. breakfast!!! individual/small group guest r isolated in a room with only cold plates, while a huge asian tourist group are served with hot breakfast in the inner room. this is not right

Perfect Location only a block away from the tram and 5 minutes walk to the train station. A spa area which was great to relax in after a day spent out in the cold. Comfortable beds which helped us recover from our skiing aches.
Breakfast was very basic and not worth getting up for on Christmas day. Service was lacking when we needed assistance finding local restaurants and attractions.

The size of the room was average to good. Not too far from the city center.
The breakfast wasnt that good, expected lot more. There was no kettle in the room. The bathroom didnt quite have the shower gels and soaps which are of a standard of 4 star hotel. Moreover, the hotel didnt have a cloakroom as well. I wouldnt say that it was good value of the money spent.
